First Mortgage Group Want To Get A Mortgage With Group Of People?

Want to get a mortgage with group of people? - first mortgage group

Some of my friends and I want to buy a property. Just do not know how we qualify for a loan mortgage. We have over 35-55k each, and were at our respective tasks around 1-2.5 years.

I've heard that regardless of the combination of income, the primary borrower must always be able to qualify on your account. Is that true? Problems with the subprime means "do not think any of us could even in a small plot. Our debt to income ratio is not the best, as we all pay student loans for undergraduate and graduate students. Our ratings are good.

Every idea is appreciated!

If you have good credit, you can avoid the problem by DTI reported revenue. "

I advise you to buy a flat with friends, if you take 100% confidence in eight. Things happen and people do not pay the loans in the world can be affected.

If you use the borrower, the banks take the credit scores on average. So, if someone a low score, it would not help as a co-borrower.

How many friends are talking about? You can check to gain purchase of a property with another person and then to let others. This will keep things simple and even an income (through the monthly mortgage nut)

I need more numbers to really help with some advice.
